Elishia is the Founder and Managing Director of EST Global LLC, an advisory & management firm focused on helping companies, talent & creators build their dream brands while guarding their interests. Understanding that brand building is a cross-functional endeavor, she founded EST Global to meet the unique needs of her clients as they grow their footprint. She leverages her business and legal background to help clients build enterprises & drive growth through various initiatives. 

Prior to EST Global, Elishia launched a boutique legal practice working with a range of clients from emerging brands and start-ups to corporate clients. She handled representative matters in the areas of corporate governance, commercial transactions and Intellectual Property (IP). Passionate about entrepreneurship and intellectual property, she has worked with legislators to develop policies to promote access to entrepreneurship; as well as spoken on global and local platforms about brand development, entrepreneurship and intellectual property.
